- added fix-named-readtables-sbcl.patch to fix compilation failure
  with SBCL 2.6.0
- added fix-gdk-event.patch and fix-webkit2-web-view.patch to fix
  blank window on startup due to GDK event failure
- on NVIDIA, launch nyxt with WEBKIT_DISABLE_COMPOSITING_MODE=1 to
  workaround blank window
