- update to 0.3.12:
  * fix SparsePread() reading chunks smaller than grain size
  * make SparsePread() thread safe by using stack for buffers
  * vmdk-convert: multithreaded compression
  * add `--detailed-info` option for `vmdk-convert -i`
  * add configurable compression levels
- update to 0.3.11:
  * Fix `file_id` setting
  * test_files: pass 'vmdk-convert' path to ova-compose.py
  * add 'required' attribute to properties
  * pytests: Add test_all_configs
  * Fixed typo in README.md.
