Nicolas Morey-Chaisemartin ac6391bb24 - Backport changes from SLE12-SP3 ...

- Add opensm-remove-date-time.patch to remove __DATE__ and
  __TIME__ from build
- Rename /usr/sbin/rcopensmd to /usr/sbin/rcopensm to match binary
- Drop opensm-autotools.patch as the fix is in.
