- Update to 1.2.0:
  * Security fix GHSA-j5pc-g362-c5xp (no CVE): repair could follow
    dangling symlinks and write outside the repair base path
  * Security fix GHSA-3c2j-rccw-j2vj (no CVE): heap out-of-bounds
    write from an unchecked source block count wrap
  * Take input files from stdin
  * Fix input file count over 2000 failing with defaults
  * Fix missing include and RAM detection
  * Improve and sync man pages with the command line
