This seems like a mature and prolific project: https://www.pcg-random.org/ The original maintainer hasn't released in several years. This package provides a version I lightly modified, based on the maintainer's git repository (https://github.com/imneme/pcg-c). Dealer's Choice uses a bundled version of pcg-c and if this is accepted into factory, I'll use this for the dealers-choice build on OpenSuse.
