- Fix build with -fno-common; (bsc#1160411)
- Merge upstream build-time tmpdir fixes
  + 0007-pmns-Make-drop-duplicate-if-else.patch
  + 0008-fixes-for-GH-1140-PCP_TMPFILE_DIR-used-in-build.patch
