Ana Guerrero c3bf04e3e6 - Update to version 1.2.1: ...

* Fix localization
- Update to version 1.2.0:
  * Add Crop operation
  * Add preview to Ratote and Pages layout operations
  * Remove Qt 5 support
- Update BuildRequires to drop Qt5 and add Qt6 support.
- Remove support for update-desktop-files, it's deprecated.
- Remove obsolete patches:
  * fix-missing-definitions.patch
  * stop_using_obsolete_standards.patch
