Ana Guerrero 34c05dbc64 Accepting request 1327105 from Base:System 
- Use /var/lib/empty as the the home directory of the pesign system
  user and remove /var/lib/pesign (jsc#PED-14755)
- Move '/run/pesign' to pesign-systemd which creates the directory
  in the post script
