  * Add news entry about the msginit compatibility fix.

  * Keep the last line of YAML front matter section.

  * Define YAML separator constant.
  * Remove debug option handling from each format modules.
  * Use debug subroutine for format modules.
  * Remove verbose option handling from each format modules.

  * Update news about the fix for the SimplePod module.
- Swith to use _service instead of upstream tarball to have
