- Modify python-certifi-shipped-requests-cabundle.patch so that
  certifi.where() returns file path of CA Bundle only when it
  actually exists, otherwise return None, which should make
  ctx = ssl.create_default_context(cafile=certifi.where())
  work with the system defaults.
