- update to 1.3.0:
  * Support poetry-core 2.0
  * update user interface with 2 new functions (plot_colormap and
    plot_category)
  * Make pyproject fully compatible  from py3.8 to py3.12
  * Trying to add back the py3.8 support in the CI;
  * Add Python 3.12
  * Use integers
  * move from setuptools to pyproject
