a38c2ce32d Accepting request 823471 from devel:languages:python 
- Update to 0.7.6:
  * Rename ``scripts`` to ``dateparser_scripts`` to avoid name collisions
    with modules from other packages or projects
  * Add Python 3.8 support
  * Implement a ``REQUIRE_PARTS`` setting
  * Add support for subscript and superscript numbers
  * Extended French support
  * Extended German support
- Switch from nose to pytest.
