- update to version 2.6.0:
  - Removes unnecessary utf-8 encoding
  - Remove 'coding: utf-8' from  license statement
  - Add Constraints support
  - Fix broken link for modindex

  - Show proper error on over quota commands
  - Replace 'assertFalse(a in b)' with 'assertNotIn(a, b)'
  - Add Python 3.5 classifier and venv
  - Updated from global requirements
