4e2502c915 - update to 0.10.0: 
* fix: `IsJson` and `IsUUID` repr
  * chore: use `zoneinfo` instead of `pytz`
  * fix(typing): put `EllipsisType` in `LengthType` union
  * switch to uv, drop 3.8
  * uprev to 0.10.0
