- Update to 24.3
  * Switch to a CalVer YY.MINOR versioning scheme.
  * Replace m2r2 with sphinx-mdinclude
  * Update packaging, reduce dependencies
  * Fix check order of CheckboxSelectMultiple and RadioSelect
  * Fix inline form spacing
  * Add support for Django up to 5.1 and Python up to 3.12
- Drop the *-gh.tar.gz tarball, not needed anymore
