- Update to 2025.4.15:
  * Upgrade Build Tools to Lates
  * Support tri-backquote style code block and fix ordered list indent
  * Fix invalid character reference parsing
- Correct parsing error in changes file.

- fix usage of libalternatives

- Convert to pip-based build
