- Update to 1.2.1:
  * add support for Python 3.14 (bump PyO3 to 0.26)
  * drop support for Python 3.8, add support for Python 3.13 and PyPy 3.11
    (PyO3 0.24 bump)
  * add jaccard_similarity
  * match_rating_codex now returns consistent results for Unicode characters
    regardless of position
