- Update to 3.0.0:
  * Drop Python 3.7 and 3.8 support.
  * Add Python 3.13 support.
  * Use new pkg_resources files interface.
- Drop patch python-latexcodec-no-python2.patch, included upstream.
- List files and directories explicitly in %files.
