- update to 0.8.2:
  * Update support versions trove classifiers
  * Remove funcsigs dependency
  * Drop support for Python 2 and the dependency on six
- Drop python-mando-no-python2.patch, redundant for 0.8.2.

- Switch to pyproject macros.
  * Support argparse changes introduced in Python 3.10.
