- Update to 1.15.0
  * Add Rad ETX config parser.
  * Replaced black, bandit, flake8 and pydocstyle with ruff.
  * Updated tasks.py with newest task list.
  * Updated to using pyinvoke for development environment definition.
  * Fix CI for Flatbot to install Ruff and remove black.
