- update to 4.3.0:
  * tox: Remove basepython
  * Run pyupgrade to clean up Python 2 syntaxes
  * Drop redundant if-else block
  * pre-commit: Bump version
  * Drop remaining pin of elasticsearch
  * Remove Python 3.8 support
  * Unpin for newer elasticsearch versions
  * Replace deprecated constant\_time\_compare
  * Bump hacking to latest
  * Update bandit to 1.7.x
- drop new-elasticsearch.patch (upstream)
- switch to singlespec

- drop unneeded dependencies
