- Fix jupyter dependencies.

  * Fixed ptipython.
  * Fixed config: setting of color depth.
  * Fixed auto-suggest key bindings.

  * Correctly focus/unfocus sidebar.
  * Fixed open_in_editor and suspend key bindings.
