- Fix the changelog whitespace mess
- Fix %check to run the tests from GitHub tarball, and use
integration-tests-invocation.patch to invoke pycodestyle using
sys.executable, and do not install and uninstall pip during tests.
- Fix line endings and remove hashbangs
