- Update to 2.2.0:
  * Fix 100% CPU spin in TLS connections after timeout
  * Fix OPTS UTF8 command always returning 200
  * Remove setup.py, use pyproject.toml
  * Python 3.14 forkserver fix now included upstream (drop py314.patch)
- Add BuildRequires: python-pytest-xdist 
- Drop Source1 (keycert.pem): now included in upstream tarball
- Drop py314.patch, merged upstream
