  * Update test cases to replace SafeConfigParser with ConfigParser (#219)
  * Allow callers to override default tqdm kwargs (#222)
- Add missing Requires on python-tqdm.
- Switch to pyproject macros.
- Drop patch python-pysmb-drop-SafeConfigParser.patch, included upstream.
