- update to 1.1.3:
  * Run server threads with daemon flag, preventing shutdown
    issues. #411
  * Python versions earlier than 3.9 have been deprecated in
    order to make the code more type safe. Python 3.8 has reached
    EOL on 2024-10-07.
  * Add a new expect method to the HTTPServer object which allows
    developers to provide their own request matcher object.
