- Update to 0.4.6
  * Fixed #128: Added ECC support by changing key generation parameters. (The Key-Length
    value isn't added if a curve is specified.)
  * More bugfixes.
  * Support for Python versions 3.5 and under is discontinued, except for Python 2.7.
