- Update to 2.2.1 with 2.2.0 jupyterlab extension
  * no upstream changelog
- Use new wheel path for pyproject_install
- Enable test suite by getting the examples from GitHub
- Deselect some examples on python36, because the examples depend 
  on packages following NEP 29.
