* Switch to pydantic v2, including pydantic-settings.
  * Use tenacity rather than retrying.
- Drop patch continue-to-use-pydantic-1.patch, no longer required.
- Refresh switch-to-pyrfc3339.patch, make it smaller and easier to rebase.
- Add patches:
  * switch-to-poetry-core.patch
  * support-new-pydantic-settings.patch
