Dirk Mueller 96d46f7e43 - update to 1.5.0.2: ...

* simplify tests
  * add new function for them: ZSTD_external(): 0/1
  * fix build - missing new file: zstd_errors.h
  * Removed old function which generated custom block header
  * Updated zstd to new upstream version 1.5.0
- drop test-once.patch: not needed
