- update to 1.8.0:
* New features
- optionally disable first/last byte reading
- optionally disable checksumming
- control first and last byte size: -firstbytessize and
-lastbytessize
- hash 4096 first/last bytes instead of comparing 64 during the
first/last bytes step.
- add progress option (closes #30) by @pauldreik in #197
* Minor fixes
- fix typo in the man-page by @vcunat in #189
