In SLE 16 the python-requests version will only accept OpenSSL v3 certs. We currently have only 1 IPv4 cert that meets this requirement. Adding 1 IPv4 and 2 IPv6 certs to have at least 2 region servers that can be used for SLE 16 registrations.
