Stephan Kulow 8b334a8eec Accepting request 306575 from network:samba:STABLE ...

This (re)introduces the get_printing_ticket binary

The request make the three references to /usr/bin/get_printing_ticket
from /etc/permissions.{easy,paranoid,secure} superfluous.

The very same applies to openSUSE 13.1 and 13.2
