Accepting request 101564 from Virtualization

New sanlock package that, in conjunction with libvirt, provides
ability to "lock" KVM virtual machines.  Without this feature,
it is possible to start a VM on more than one host, resulting in
corruption of the VM's disk image.  See FATE#306399.
