refactor smartmontools-drivedb_h-update.sh).
- update-smart-drivedb: Do not overwrite files in /usr/share. Use
/var/lib provided by --with-drivedbinstdir.
- Add smartmontools-drivedb.h version 5894 from the branch 7.5.
