- Version update to 0.8.4:
* 0.8.3 skipped due to pypi mistake * set suffix for manpages/infopages * remove suse_update_config * remove more authors blobs * redo options passing to be more readable * split out testsuite (now runs ~270 tests) * few bracketing excludes updates * Fix the no-header option to do what everyone would expect OBS-URL: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Tools/spec-cleaner?expand=0&rev=82
