* Fix precedence warning with Perl 5.40 (bsc#1227622)
  * `--dotfiles` option now works correctly with ignore lists
  * Use shell-like parsing for `.stowrc` arguments
  * Make dependency on LaTeX optional
  * Fix Docker builds
  * Various maintainer tweaks
- Remove avoid_precedence_warning.patch (fixed by upstream)
