Accepting request 1078127 from home:iznogood:branches:hardware
- Add upstream pull req patch: 704.patch -- include missing
<cstdint>. Fix build with gcc 13.
- Use autosetup and ldconfig_scriptlets macros.
- Update URL and Source to new home.
