- Update to version (wasi-sdk-)27.
  * Update to musl 1.2.5.
  * Compatibility with LLVM 20 & 21.
  * Optional SIMD for memchr, strchrnul, strlen.
  * Opt-in busywait mode for futexes.
  * Preserve file timestamps when copying files in the install
    target.
  * Add services database and implement getservbyname/getservbyport
    functions.
  * Refactor stub pthread library and enable unconditionally.
- Rebase workaround-broken-makefile.patch.
- Drop obsolete ignore-intc-macros.patch.
