New Package

Dependency of wcm.  Requesting wcm for inclusion, to provide some
GUI configuration functionality to the wayfire compositor, especially
in the LXQt environment

8ee04db3ea - Update to version 0.8.1: 
* Ability to configure a binding to toggle the menu widget 
    (from the wayfire-shell plugin in Wayfire).
  * SIGUSR1 can be used to change the background if multiple 
    backgrounds are configured.
  * A few bug fixes.

2515a55e5b - Update to version 0.8.0:
