- Update to version 1.4.0
  * gitlab CI: Update to latest CI templates & Debian stable release

  * Present: add per-crtc capabilities to -ext output
  * meson: Add option to build with meson
  * Add -help option
  * Accept --help & --version as aliases to -help & -version
  * man page: fix warnings from `mandoc -T lint`
  * Fix alignment of -help description in -help output
