remove python dependency from main xfsprogs package (bsc#1259270) 0073d7f6db 
Since v6.13.0 xfsprogs ships with the xfs_protofile python script
which causes the main xfsprogs package to strictly require python
as a dependency. This can be dropped as the script is not really
needed for anything.
