anag_factory 9808483844 Accepting request 1361292 from devel:libraries:c_c++ 
- drop 0001-Do-not-try-to-store-negative-values-in-unsigned-int.patch
  * effectively a noop now, as strstart and insert are unsigned,
    hence the if condition is always true (if not equal).

  * Fixed a logic error in minizip argument processing.
- build zlib with optflags again
