Steve Kowalik 0f442c9d41 - Update to 0.6.0 ...

* Check both py and pyi files.
  * Adopt to pytest 7.
  * Remove no longer compatible tests.
  * Move project metadata to new home.
- Update URL.
- Refresh fix-pytest-makefile.patch to match what was merged upstream.
