Steve Kowalik 21a6d4255a - Switch to autosetup and pyproject macros.

- Add numpy to BuildRequires, needed for the testsuite.
- No more greedy globs in %files.
- Add patch support-pytest-8.patch:
  * Support pytest >= 8 changes.
