* Replaced outdated and insecure mktemp with mkstemp.
  * Fixed bugs in TemplateCmdLineIface.py: read binary pickles from
    stdin and files.
  * Use cgi.escape() for Python 2, html.escape() for Python 3.
  * Created tests for TemplateCmdLineIface.
- Update test dependencies
