  - [bug] Changed the format of the "source encoding" header output
    by the code generator to use the format ``# -*- coding:%s -*-``
    instead of ``# -*- encoding:%s -*-``; the former is more common

  - [bug] Fixed issue where an old lexer rule prevented a template line
