Ana Guerrero 220ed439d1 Accepting request 1106211 from devel:languages:python

- Update to 3.5.3:
  * Use importlib instead of imp with Python 3.
- Drop patch support-python-311.patch, something similar now included
  upstream.
- Switch to pyproject macros.
- Stop using greedy globs in %files.
