  * Support Python 3.11
  * Fix a crash that occurs if the colour-science package is installed,
    which shares the same import name as the colour package that
    sqlalchemy-utils supports
  * Fix a crash that occurs if the installed sqlalchemy version is a
    beta (like "2.0.0b3")
