Tomáš Chvátal 4ce213ecb5 - Update to 0.4.6: ...

* PATCH added into (default) list of allowed methods
  * Allow to use URIs with no path
  * Clean up connection before returning result. This removes some ResourceWarnings when testing
- Add multibuild to enable tests without cycle dependencies
- Add missing requirements found by tests
